Working with Sara has been a really brilliant, positive experience which has helped me understand myself properly. Sara is a very warm individual, and I felt at ease immediately, which allowed me to open up and discuss what I was finding tricky in many aspects of my life. The greatest benefits of the sessions are understanding the way in which my brain works and providing practical strategies that I can do to help. Sara's in-depth knowledge of ADHD meant that she could explain my behaviours and why they were typical of people with ADHD, plus how to either modify or look at them differently going forward. Overall I feel more grounded and have experienced positive transformations by starting to implement small changes that have now become habits. Thank you.
